Can an LLP be registered as a company?

URC-1 under section 366 and the Companies (Authorised to Register) Rules. Read the current minimum number of members before treating a two-partner LLP as eligible or as ineligible.

    One person afterwards

    Form 11 and Form 8 stop. The LLP does not continue beside the new company.

    Sign, upload, pay

    A designated partner submits the web form at mca.gov.in as a business user. The SRN appears in My Application. Download the PDF, sign it with the DSC already associated to the DIN, DPIN, PAN or membership number on the form, upload that PDF against the same SRN, and pay.
